Dinner for Saturday night will be provided at a nominal cost. People can bring lunch food with them for Saturday and Sunday lunches. Food can be purchased at Sugarbush. Be forewarned food is expensive: one slice of pizza costs $5, drinks are over $2.00.

TRAVEL:

The drive to Stockbridge is 200 miles. The drive is about four hours. Given this, we want to leave as early as possible on Friday. We plan on skiing all day Saturday. The lifts open at 8AM.
&nbs p;

SUGGESTIONS:

1. Mr. Peace suggests purchasing a lift ticket in advance. It is one less line to wait on and will get skiers going quickly. If given the cash, Mr. Peace can purchase the ticket when he is at Sugarbush on 1/17/09.
2. Skiers may want to look into renting gear from local ski shops as a way to save money.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Mr. Peace needs a firm commitment, a definitive yes or no, by 1/3/09. If Mr. Peace does not hear from people it is possible they may not be able to attend. There is a finite amount of space in Stockbridge and advanced notice is required.
